They stole all the lower corner of the 5c sheets with the "CUPA" error and any of the postal stationary errors they found in the surplus stock destined to be destroyed after the introduction of the allegories issue for use in Cuba. They were mailed to D.P.Brown, an accomplice to create rare philatelic items. Philatelic Foundation certificate. |
